Travel updates



Tuesday 23 February
In light of the UK Government announcement on the roadmap for easing COVID restrictions and in particular, international travel being highlighted as not resuming before 17 May as part of Stage 3, we have made the decision to cancel all trips both internationally and domestically departing before 17 May.
 
We will contact all customers affected to discuss their options, so please bear with us whilst we make the calls as we are prioritising those departing soonest first.
 
For customers who are travelling on or after 17 May, we will continue to monitor developments - please check back here regularly for updates. It is still our intention at this stage to operate these trips but will await further guidance from the government in the UK and in the destination countries over the coming weeks before confirmation.

 

COVID-19 update


For details of entry requirements and where you can travel to from the UK, check our pre-departure information, including current COVID-19 testing requirements and pre-arrival health questionnaires, for each country.  

Whilst we strive to update this on a regular basis we recommend you also check the FCDO website for up to the minute latest advice on entry requirements in this fast evolving situation. Information can change at any time.


We have a specialist team reviewing our trips week-by-week, collating all the latest travel advice, regulations for each country and assessing each individual trip. 

If we are planning to operate your trip and you are booked on a land only basis, we are relaxing the deadline for full payment from 60 days down to 35 days prior to departure and you will be notified accordingly. If you're booked on a flight inclusive basis, you may be required to pay for the flight component in full immediately, with the remaining balance paid at 35 days. 

If anything changes with regards to your trip, or we need to cancel it, we will be in touch as soon as possible.
